Wiri Oil Services Limited (WOSL) Auckland, NZ
Successfully delivered Asset Criticality Analysis, including conducting a desktop assessment, key stakeholder review and engagement throughout the project and facilitation of a workshop to involve a multidisciplinary team and help them understand the purpose of the ACA and where it fits into overall asset care planning.
Refining NZ Limited, Marsden Point, NZ
Devised and led the transition into a campaign maintenance model in response to the operational impacts of COVID-19. Successfully maintaining safe operations and delivering to customer requirements during a prolonged alternative modes of operation, at ~40% of the routine maintenance budget allocation of previous years.
Drove improvements in site reliability, integrity, and process safety (RIPS) visual management processes and practises through innovative and different ways of working, by introducing the virtual RIPS board to facilitate online meetings.
Implemented a continuous improvement initiative of plant maintenance optimisation (PMO), resulting in measurable improvements in maintenance health, recovery of maintenance hours and mitigation of risk, to aid in reducing the overall cost of maintenance to a long-term sustainable level
